In developing and emerging countries surveying exists only rudimental, if any. Boundaries often based on common law und are changed arbitrarily. Within the projects GCI strengthens the awareness for the benefit of an orderly surveying. With training programms and technical expertise GCI establishes the base for systematic and sporadic land surveying as a prerequisite of the implementation of a regular land administration.
